The good life diet isn?t something out of this world. It is just a set of simple calculated steps that can ensure that you live a fine life in great health and with excellent mental faculties. A good life diet is a diet that will be simple, effective and enable you to live life in a way that you find it enjoyable and stimulating.


One cannot undermine the importance of a good diet. No one continue with a diet that is deficient in some nutrients and excessive on others and it does no good to maintaining a proper body balance. One other way to maintain a perfect body balance is to exercise regularly. But each of these tasks, dieting and exercising, won?t yield desirable results when done one at a time, controlling your food intake is of primary importance when one is looking forward to lose weight.


Most of us o not pay sufficient heed to our regular food intake patterns. Food intake is generally divided between three heavy meals with sessions of snacking in between. It is necessary to figure out a diet plan that focuses on the timing of the meals and the amount of food that is consumed during each session.


The good life diet breakfast should consist of one cereal with milk, any preparation of egg, preferably boiled or poached, bread, as beverage you can try freshly made fruit juice, preferably unsweetened. Even green tea can be a very good option as it contains loads of anti-oxidants. Avoid black coffee as it increases the sugar levels in the body.


The good life diet lunch should consist of salad with lots of greens and crunchy vegetables, light non vegetarian husk bread sandwich, preferably chicken. An apple after the meal can be very healthy. You can have any fruit in its natural form, avoid the once with preservatives, sugar syrups and so on.



A good life diet dinner should ideally be light. It should comprise of salads, soups and breads. Vegetables can be blanched. These are easy to digest. It is advisable not to have red meat during dinner. If you are go on a good life diet, then reduce the intake of fried stuff as much as possible.


For the snacks you can try granola bar. Keep in mind whatever you eat avoid certain over consumption of sugar, carbohydrates, fats and red meat. It is not so that you should stop eating all these but you definitely need to balance your intake. Or else you will definitely land up increasing your waistline.


Exercise is very important in order to maintain your health. Along with the good life diet, a fitness regime can do wonders. Health is very important for anyone one of us and it is even more important how you maintain it.


A good life can be achieved in an uncomplicated way. Eat healthy, exercise regularly and be happy to enjoy a great good life.
